Positive: Posizione abbastanza comoda a piedi, appartamento non grandissimo ma soddisfacente.
Negative: Il letto un pò troppo basso e non comodissimo.

I will never back there and this place should be removed from the booking !!!
Positive: Nothing and its not suitable for living
Negative: "There are no air conditioners, even though it was listed before booking. The place is also not clean, and check-in was delayed until 7 PM! Unfortunately, the owner was careless—several lights weren't working, and the washing machine was broken. When I asked the owner to fix these issues, they said I had to pay extra. This is highly unprofessional and feels like exploitation." I had to change my whole stay to other hotel and lose my money without refund!!
